Avanta is an enterprise-grade multi-tenant booking platform designed for travel businesses and agencies to manage flight and hotel reservations from a unified system. The platform was architected using a distributed microservices approach, allowing independent scaling and deployment of core business services such as bookings, flights, hotels, authentication, and notifications.
The system integrates real-time travel inventory and booking workflows, providing users with a fast and reliable booking experience while supporting role-based access control for organizations operating under the same platform. To improve performance and scalability, Redis caching, WebSocket-based real-time updates, and optimized database operations were implemented throughout the application.
Key features include secure authentication, organization management, booking lifecycle automation, document management, real-time notifications, and a comprehensive administrative dashboard for managing users, bookings, and business operations.
